What is the difference between Starter and Growth?

Starter helps visitors discover artworks on your website and send enquiries. Growth adds AI conversations, up to three connected social media accounts and room visualizations.

Which plan should a small gallery choose?

Starter is suitable if you want to improve artwork discovery without offering AI chat. Growth is suitable if buyers often need answers and guidance before making an enquiry.

When should we choose Scale?

Choose Scale if you expect more than 500 buyer conversations or room visualizations a month, need several connected social media accounts, or want more tailored AI guidance.

Is Enterprise only for marketplaces?

No. It is also for gallery groups and other businesses that need multiple catalogues, custom integrations or usage above the Scale allowances.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. You can discuss an upgrade as your needs grow. The timing and billing of any plan change will be stated in your agreement.

Catalogue and setup

Is onboarding included?

Standard setup and an initial artwork catalogue import are included in Starter, Growth and Scale. Enterprise onboarding is defined in its proposal.

Is there a limit on the number of artworks in our catalogue?

There is no recurring artwork limit in the standard plans. We review large catalogues during setup to confirm the import and sync requirements.

Does it cost more to add artworks later?

Routine catalogue updates are included. If a large import needs substantial manual preparation or a custom integration, we will quote that work before proceeding.

What information do you need about each artwork?

An image and accurate identifying information are essential: artist, title, medium, dimensions, price and year. Select AI writes descriptions from these to give more useful recommendations and answers.

What if our catalogue has missing information?

We will identify what is needed for launch. If substantial preparation is required, we will agree on the work and any additional cost in advance.

Will Select AI know when an artwork has sold?

Select AI uses the information available through your agreed catalogue connection. We will confirm how updates work and how frequently they appear during setup.

Can Select AI work across multiple websites or catalogues?

Yes, through an Enterprise arrangement.
