Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to request deletion of personal data that Select AI LLC (identification number 404821485, Tbilisi, Georgia) holds about you, including data received through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp.
What data this covers
When you message a gallery or marketplace that uses a Select AI assistant on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp, we may process your name or profile name, your account ID on that platform, the messages you send, photos you share, and room previews or recommendations created for you.
How to request deletion
Email support@selectai.ge with the subject “Data deletion request”.
Include:
the gallery or marketplace whose assistant you messaged,
the platform you used (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp),
the name or username you used there, and roughly when you messaged.
We may ask for a small amount of extra information to confirm the request is yours. We will not ask for passwords.
What happens next
We will confirm receipt and delete or anonymise your conversations, photos, previews and related records within [30] days. We will then confirm by email that the deletion is complete. We may keep a limited record only where the law requires it (for example, billing records) or to handle a legal claim.
If the gallery you messaged controls your data, we will pass your request to them and help them complete it.
Removing Select AI’s access to your account
You can also stop the app from receiving new data at any time:
Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find SLCT AI → Remove.
Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → find SLCT AI → Remove.
Removing access stops future data collection. To delete data already collected, also send the email above.
